Shipping
Alyssa Lloyd offers flat rate shipping ($6) to customers located in New Zealand, via CourierPost. Orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days once shipped.
Once your order is placed you’ll receive a notification email from us. When we’ve sent your order you’ll receive a second email which includes your tracking number.
Please note: Alyssa Lloyd does not currently ship to customers outside New Zealand.
Courier bag composting
Alyssa Lloyd proudly ships all of our parcels in eco friendly, compostable courier bags from The Better Packaging Co. Made from cornstarch, these courier bags will fully break down in a home or commercial compost.
Customers who don’t have access to a compost can return their courier bags back to Alyssa Lloyd, so we can compost them for you! Contact us to find out how.
Returns
If you would like to return your online purchase, please contact us.
Full-priced items
Full-priced items purchased online may be returned for an exchange or refund provided they are returned within 14 working days from delivery and fit the return criteria below.
Sale items
There are no refunds on sale items.
Returns policy
All return shipping costs back to Alyssa Lloyd are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be returned via tracked post or courier. Packages that are untracked or lost in transit are not the responsibility of Alyssa Lloyd.
Once the product has been received it will undergo a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn or washed and is suitable for resale.
If goods are eligible, they will then be processed according to the customers return selection.
All qualifying returns will be made within 5 working days of receipt of the items by alyssalloyd.co.nz.
You will receive an email once your item has been accepted. Refunds will be processed by our payment processor, Stripe, within 5-10 working days.
We strongly advise customers to thoroughly check and try on any ordered product as soon as it is received to ensure satisfaction with the item/s purchased.
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately and we will look to remedy the situation.
Alyssa Lloyd will not refund or exchange products that have been damaged due to general wear and tear.
